VAT Invoices

If you require a VAT invoice for your business, please put the request in the message box of your order and we will enclose one with your order or we can email one to you.

EC Zero Rated VAT Invoices

Within our website all EC customers will have to pay VAT.  If you are VAT registered, after you have placed your order and made your payment, you need to email us your VAT number.  Once we have validated your VAT number and if your order and the shipment of it fits the VAT criteria we will raise a zero rated VAT invoice and we will send you a rebate for the relevant monetary sum.  If for any reason your order and the shipment of do not fit the criteria, then we have to raise an invoice with the payable VAT
